Day of Cleaning Process
Immediate Cleaning After Each Use
After every individual finishes their XR session, our team carefully wipes down the headset and controllers with disinfecting wipes to remove germs, oils, and residue.
Special Care for Lenses
To keep the view crystal clear, lenses are never touched with disinfecting wipes. Instead, we use a soft microfiber cloth to gently clean and polish them without scratching or fogging.
Attention to High-Touch Areas
Extra care is given to straps, buttons, and grips, ensuring that every surface a learner comes in contact with is sanitized before the next use.
Consistent Monitoring Throughout the Day
Our team repeats this process continuously during the visit, so every participant can trust that their headset and controllers are clean, safe, and ready to use.

Thorough Wipe Down
Each headset and controller is carefully wiped down with disinfecting wipes to remove any surface germs, oils, and residue after the day’s use.
UV-C Light Sterilization
All equipment is then placed into a specialized Cleanbox unit, which uses medical-grade UV light to safely kill germs and bacteria on every surface of the devices.
Microfiber Lens Care
Lenses are gently cleaned with microfiber cloths to maintain clarity and prevent scratches, ensuring the best possible XR experience.
Protective Storage
Once fully sanitized, headsets and controllers are stored in a safety cabinet inside our XR storage room. This controlled environment prevents dust, debris, or contaminants from coming into contact with the equipment.
Ongoing Monitoring
Our team regularly checks and maintains the storage space to guarantee a consistently clean and safe environment for all devices.
